职位描述：
Responsible for cost center definition and maintenance in SAP system;
负责定义成本中心和确保SAP系统中的信息与成本中心的信息一致；
Responsible for expense audit and control to ensure the budget achievement;
负责公司费用报销审核和控制工作，确保预算的实现；
Responsible for expenses accrual documentation preparation, to ensure it meet the requirement of local GAAP and internal audit;
月末预提费用的计提准备工作，确保信息符合会计准则和内审的要求
Random check logistic cycle count, participate annual stock-take, monitor slow-moving and dead stock, alert to management timely;抽查物流循环盘点，参与年度大盘点工作，监控呆死物料及消耗慢物料，并及时向管理层预警
Production costs calculation and control in terms of production-sales redistribution, stock revaluation, variance analysis and control between actual cost and standard cost;
生产成本的计算和分析，包括产销分配、库存重估、实际成本与标准成本的差异分析与控制
Responsible for monthly report such as P&L, Cash Flow and analysis;
负责财务月报以及相关分析工作
Responsible for standard cost setting for the coming year, including standard labor rate and machine rate;
负责年初标准成本的制定工作；包括标准物料成本，标准人工费率，标准机器费率；
Track sales and purchase prices, sales and purchase retro funds calculation and follow up;
销售价格、采购价格的控制和跟踪,以及价差的计算，销售和采购价差返还的管理跟踪工作；
Assist department manager to prepare budget, forecast and actual P&L and cash report, analysis the variance between budget and actual, forecast and actual, forecast and budget, and other possible report analysis work that department manager assigned to;
协助部门经理准备预算，预测实际损益和现金报告，预算与实际的差异分析和其他分析报告及部门经理指派的其他工作
Assist department manager to manage internal control, to ensure Plant internal control basics be deployed.

After a period of training and practice, will be transfer to the northern other factories engaged in senior financial management positions

任职要求：
- 全日制硕士(学士学位)及以上，财务类相关专业
- 熟练运用英语书写能力及口语沟通的能力
- 精通SAP系统操作
- 较强的适应能力和积极学习的态度
- 积极进取追求成功，乐意接受挑战
- 有外企经验，管理经验者优先考虑
- 愿意到其他城市轮岗/工作（中国北区：沈阳/长春/哈尔滨/天津）
